You know the whole two birds one stone theory? Here it is. I am running in the inaugural Louisiana Marathon in Baton Rouge this February. Why? Because it is the first one (hence the inaugural adjective). And because my good friends at Rocket Racing (Susan, Pat, Craig) are putting it on. As part of the race, they have set up at charity program for participants to raise money for their charity of choice.
Hmmmmm…….. I’m running the race (bird one). I’m also raising money for Habitat for Hope (bird two). So I set up a team for the marathon (the stone). If you would like to join the team, all you have to do is sign up!
